Madeline Casey

I was born in Corpus Christi, raised on The Island and have spent most of my life in the area. After graduating college, I was a teacher at Flour Bluff Independent School District for 14 years.  In my early 20’s I bought my first property on North Padre Island and have been a permanent resident ever since.

My husband and I enjoy raising our two young children on this wonderful Island we call home.  We love spending our free time out here going to the beach, on a bike ride on the seawall, playing at the parks and dining at the local restaurants.  We truly love the Island lifestyle.

I started my real estate career at Coldwell Banker Island Escapes in 2016. My background in teaching has allowed me to be detail oriented and meticulous to understand my client’s needs.  My passion is assisting my clients in selling their home, buying their forever dream home, or searching for that perfect income producing investment property.
